Sarah is a pickle freak! We make these quit often. Sometimes we make a few baked asparagus or banana peppers. But, always Baked Not Fried Dill Pickles. We asked Sarah to do the video. I think it turned out well. I know they tasted AAAMMAZZZING!
Baked Not Fried Dill Pickles
2eggs, slightly beaten
1cupparmesan cheese, shredded
1jar dill pickle chips
2TablespoonsFranks Red Hot
Preheat oven to 400º
Place flour in a bowl.
Slightly beat eggs in another bowl.
In a 3rd bowl mix panko, parmesan, oregano, basil, onion power, garlic powder and pepper.
Take a pickle and coat it with flour, then soak it in the egg and dredge in panko mix.
Lay them on a wire rack that is over a cookie sheet.
