Creamy Banana Pudding Delight
  • 1 (3 1/2 ounce) package Banana pudding mix, instant
  • 1 (14 ounce) can Eagle brand sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 1/2 cups cold water
  • 2 cups whipping cream
  • 1 box vanilla wafers (35-40 wafers)
  • 3 medium ripe bananas , sliced
  • Sliced almonds or nuts of choice (optional topping)
  1. In a large bowl, combine pudding mix, sweetened condensed milk and water. Beat until well blended. Chill 5 minutes.
  2. In a medium bowl, whip whipping cream until stiff.
  3. Fold whipped cream into pudding mixture.
  4. Place a layer of vanilla wafers on bottom dish, we used a 9 x 13 glass baking dish.
  5. Follow with half of the sliced bananas and half of the pudding mixture.
  6. Add another layer: wafers, bananas and top with pudding mixture.
  7. Sprinkle nuts on top (optional).
  8. Refrigerate until serving.

We really liked the sliced almonds on top. However, any nut would be good or maybe even some miniature chocolate chips.
