Looking for a healthy chicken recipe? Go no further. This Garlic Chicken Breast turned out great, the sautéd garlic added great flavor that was not too strong. And, did I mention there is wine in the recipe? Can’t go wrong with that.

Garlic Chicken Breast
  • 1 pound chicken breast, thinly sliced
  • 2 Tablespoons olive oil
  • 10 cloves garlic
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • ½ cup white wine
  • 2 Tablespoons greek yogurt
  • ½ teaspoon thyme
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • ⅛ teaspoon paprika
  1. Heat 1 Tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Pan-fry the chicken until both surfaces become lightly browned. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  3. Add the remaining olive oil and sauté the garlic until light brown.
  4. Stir in chicken broth, white wine, yogurt, salt & pepper. Add the chicken back into the skillet, lower the heat and let simmer 10 minutes. Stir and flip chicken occasionally.
  5. Add the thyme and paprika. Simmer for another 5-10 minutes or until the chicken is thoroughly cooked.
