I am so excited to finally be in our new house. It has been so much work, but well worth it. I have not had much time for my blog, but now I am back in full force.

I took these pictures while entertaining one night. It was such a nice dinner and we had lots of fun. I thought crab legs would be a good choice. Most of us love seafood, although we have a few picky people in our group. Chicken was served to please them.

Ingredients
  • 2 pounds crab legs , I used Santola Red Crab Leg and Claw
  • 2 lemons
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 garlic clove , minced
Instructions
  1. Fully thaw crab legs.
  2. Wrap in foil. The crab legs from the grocery seafood counter are pre boiled. Boiling them again can shrink the meat and make it tough.
  3. Grill over med-high heat for 4-5 minutes, just long enough to warm them.
  4. Meanwhile, melt a stick of butter with a minced garlic clove in a sauce pan on low heat.
  5. Pour butter in small ramekins for dipping crab meat.
  6. Serve with slices of lemon.

Grilled Crab Legs

I bought Santola Red Leg and Claws. They had so much juicy crab meat, but the downfall was they were very hard to get into and the pokey thinks were painful. You definitely need crab crackers.
