Marinaded Vegetable Salad is a perfect dish for a potluck. It is so easy to make in addition to being delicious.

Marinaded Vegetable Salad

The longer the salad rests in the refrigerator the better. Letting the juices soak into the vegetables will make them super tasty while still keeping them crisp.

Marinaded Vegetable Salad
  • Brocoli crown, cut
  • Cauliflower head, cut
  • Tomato, sliced
  • Green onion, chopped
  • Cucumber, Sliced and cut in half
  • Zesty Italian dressing
  1. Clean and cut the vegetables into bite sized pieces.
  2. Add Italian dressing and mix well.
  3. Refrigerate at least 2 hours, but best if overnight.

Sometimes I add different vegetables. Onions and green peppers work well in this salad. Maybe, get creative and add some olives or artichoke hearts.
