Ingredients
  • 2 Sleeves Ritz Crackers
  • 12 oz Dark Chocolate
  • 1 Tablespoon peppermint extract
Instructions
  1. Melt chocolate using a double boiler or microwave. I place chocolate wafers in a glass bowl and microwave on DEFROST for a couple minutes. Make sure to check it often and stir, DO NOT WHIP.
  2. Stir in peppermint extract.
  3. Dip crackers, one by one, into the chocolate mixture using tongs or a chocolate dipping tool. I used to use tongs, but I bought a dipping tool at Michael's. It is great.
  4. Place each cookie on waxed paper.
  5. Let rest until chocolate has hardened.

Try our Peanut Butter Balls a.k.a Buckeyes.
