Zesty Lemon-Pepper Pork Chops
Lately we’ve been using a lot of fresh lemon zest as our flavoring. It adds a great taste to most everything, and these juicy Zesty Lemon-Pepper Pork Chops were no exception.
, zest and juice
Fresh cracked pepper
boneless pork loin chops
Rub the pork chops with olive oil.
Generously pepper each side.
Sprinkle with zest and juice of a lemon.
Let the pork chops marinade for at least 30 minutes.
Heat the grill to medium and grill the chops 6-8 minutes per side (depending on how thick they are) until they are no longer pink in the center.
Remove the chops from the grill and allow them to rest for 5-7 minutes.
I made this with Garlic-Parm Cauliflower Mash. It was a great healthy side to add to this meal.
Enjoy, Jerry & Roni !!!
